Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at 78th&lexington. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

If the address that is provided is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Contact us with any claims before returning any products.

Be aware that 78th&lexington may require a photo to be submitted before processing a reshipment.
